Terms of Service

  1. OWNTHEAD ("the operator") sells advertising inventory on crowd-funded outdoor advertising campaigns.
  2. Purchasing territory buys a defined advertising placement within one campaign composition. It does not buy ownership of any physical structure, land, or company.
  3. All submissions are moderated. The operator and the billboard media owner may decline any creative (see Creative Guidelines and the Refund / Campaign Failure Policy).
  4. Prices are shown before checkout and charged exactly as shown.
